We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Capture Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the capture process for new business opportunities, focusing on federal and commercial contracts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across various departments to develop winning proposals and strategies.
Responsibilities Include:
- Opportunity Identification: Research and identify potential business opportunities in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Capture Strategy Development: Develop and implement capture strategies for target opportunities, including competitor analysis, customer needs assessment, and win strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with proposal teams, business development, marketing, and technical staff to gather relevant information and ensure alignment on capture efforts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Proposal Oversight: Lead the proposal development process, ensuring that all aspects of the proposal are aligned with the capture strategy and customer requirements.
