As a Help Desk Technician with networking experience, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and internal users seeking technical assistance. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network-related problems, and ensure a seamless IT experience. Your strong communication skills and technical knowledge will help us maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide first-line support for technical issues related to hardware, software, and      network connectivity.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with PCs, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Assist with network configurations, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Respond to support requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems in a timely manner.
• Document and track support issues using an IT service management tool.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and software.
• Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance technical skills and stay updated on      industry trends.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role, with a focus on networking.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments.
• Experience with common help desk software and ticketing systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA) are a plus.

Required Education:

• Associate's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
