We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. This role is essential for fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Responsibilities Include:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- HR Administration: Assist with the administration of HR programs, policies, and procedures, including performance management, benefits enrollment, and training initiatives.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and escalating issues as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure HR practices are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare HR metrics and reports to assist in decision-making and strategy development.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in HR coordination or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
